Doug Sharp
Board President
Doug is a co-founder of Lettuce Work serves as Executive Director/Board President. Doug retired as Vice President of Sales Effectiveness and Operations at Grange Insurance Companies. He earned his MBA from The Ohio State University and BA in Business Administration from Otterbein University.
Julie Sharp
Julie is a co-founder of Lettuce Work and serves as Program Director. Julie is also President of Lettuce Work Greenhouses, LLC. Julie earned her Bachelor’s in Business and Master’s in Education from Otterbein University. In addition to her duties with Lettuce Work, Julie is a teacher at Oakstone Academy.

Chad Harrison
Board Vice President
Chad is a Senior Auditor at Tween Brands in New Albany, Ohio. Chad previously worked at Plante & Moran and has a BS in Accounting/Financial Management from Franklin University.
Greg Stewart
Board Treasurer
Greg is a manager at Ernst and Young LLP in the Assurance Services practice. Greg graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
LaVawn Coleman
As executive vice president, secretary and general counsel at Grange Insurance, LaVawn leads corporate litigation and ensures Grange’s affiliate companies maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations. She also is responsible for overseeing specific business transactions between Grange and third parties, as well as managing the company’s captive staff counsel offices.
Mark Seich
Mark is VP of Marketing & Distribution for The Philadelphia Contributionship. Mark has an MBA from Ashland University and completed his Bachelors of Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Carl Nelson
Carl was a managing and consulting partner with Arthur Andersen until he retired in 2002. Carl received his B.S. from The Ohio State University and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin and is a CPA.
John Fraim
John is the owner of The GreatHouse Marketing Strategy Company. John is a marketing consultant, entrepreneur and successful author (Battle of Symbols: Global Dynamics of Advertising, Entertainment and Media, 2012). John is a graduate of UCLA and the Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.
Gianluca Pitetti
Luca is a Partner, State and Local Tax at KPMG. Luca is a nationally recognized state and local tax practitioner with more than 20 years of public accounting and industry experience.
